Breeding conditions:
|
| Arctic Foxes were rare. Nest or broods of the following species were recorded: Bar-tailed Godwit, Turnstone, Spotted Redshank, Red Phalarope, Long-billed Dowitcher, Little Stint, Long-tailed Skua, Pintail, Spectacled and Steller's Eiders, also in close vicinities to the settlement. White-fronted, Bean and Brent geese were successfully breeding in the delta. Absence of noticeable predation and extremal weather events allows to consider the season as generally favourable for birds.
